The facility intends to serve residents who have one or more of the following disabilities:
- Advanced age (AA)
- Developmentally Disable (DD)
- Alcohol/Drugs (ADA)
- Emotionally Disturbed/Mental Illness (MH)
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Irreversible Dementia/Alzheimer’s Disease (ALZ)
- Hearing or Sight Impaired
- Any other manageable disability or special need (Challenging Behaviors, Down syndrome, Autism, etc.).
Program Overview
Northview Adult Family Home is a home designed to accommodate two residents with diverse behavioral health needs. We offer a safe, structured living environment that encourages personal growth, social interaction, and community involvement.
